What is your turnaround time for design?
The turnaround time starts at 1-2 business days on standard design requests as well as standard change requests. In some cases, we can offer same-day turnaround times on smaller design requests and changes. Larger, more complicated design requests or brands with complicated brand guidelines may add time to your design turnaround time.

What services are NOT offered by Designed.co?
Although we’re known to go above-and-beyond for our clients, there are just a few things you won’t find on our services list. This allows us to remain focused on our core competencies and deliver high-quality standards you can count on.

Will I have a dedicated designers, project managers and art director?
Our team assigns designers based on their skill set and expertise in a specific design discipline so you have the right team for every type of design project. We also have dedicated art direction and project management assigned to your account to make sure we deliver on-time and on-brand!

How many design projects can you get done in a month subscription?
On average we can complete 5 – 7 designs/revisions in a given month but this is heavily dependent on the size, scope, and complexity of the project as well as the total number of changes and revisions you request on each project. A project can have multiple designs and revisions so there is no direct correlation to the number of projects we can complete.
