What is "Subscription-Based" graphic design?
A design subscription is like having a scaleable design team at your fingertips. No matter what your design needs are, from startups that need a fractional design team to a full-time agency support team, Designed.co has customized plans for nearly every design requirement. Working on a subscriptions basis allows you the flexibility to work on a low, fixed cost with the flexibility of being able to make unlimited changes and revisions (within your subscription period) so you can perfect your design without being focused on the cost for every change. What is your turnaround time for design?
The turnaround time starts at 1-2 business days on standard design requests as well as standard change requests. In some cases, we can offer same-day turnaround times on smaller design requests and changes. Larger, more complicated design requests or brands with complicated brand guidelines may add time to your design turnaround time.

Although we’re known to go above-and-beyond for our clients, there are just a few things you won’t find on our services list. This allows us to remain focused on our core competencies and deliver high-quality standards you can count on.

What is the difference between Designed.co and your competitors?
First, we LOVE other design agencies like Superside and Design Pickle and respect global freelance designers, so we don’t really like to call them “competition” but call them our brothers and sisters in the design community. But in terms of differences that we know of, Designed.co is a US-based graphic design agency, with US-based design talent. 100% of our designers have degrees from prestigious US-based universities, in both fine arts as well as digital design disciplines. Is there a free trial?
Free demo, yes! Free design, no. We do offer a money-back guarantee on subscriptions and we can also quote individual design projects so you can see how we work before you make a commitment on a subscription. No long-term commitment required!

Is there a money back guarantee?
Yes, and we work hard to make sure you never use it! If you are not completely satisfied after the first week of a subscription, we will happily refund you.

Do I have to sign a long-term contract?
No! The minimum subscription is month-to-month. We do offer discounts for long-term, prepaid commitments and we can also work on a project-by-project basis.

Can I use one account for multiple companies?

Can I get a refund if I don't use the subscripion?
If you are not 100% happy we can also offer a refund on the subscription up to the first week of your subscription. For long-term prepaid subscriptions, we also offer partial refunds.

What is your hourly rate?
Sorry, we don’t work hourly. (We also don’t pay our designers hourly, we believe hourly rates are a bad incentive for slow design.) We do offer 2 types of pricing programs. One is a subscription-based, unlimited design service where you can put in an unlimited number of projects and have an unlimited number of changes with a set number of priorities.
