We are looking for a strategic leader that can be a part of the direction and growth of the design team and lead by example as a master of design and communication.
- Be a design expert and guide other designers in building assets
- Oversee deliverables, pace, and timeline of creative team projects
- Manage the design team schedules
- Review work, troubleshoot, and provide structured and constructive feedback to creative teams
- Oversee outgoing content to ensure assets are meeting brand standards and exceeding client expectations
- Direct the creative team from pre-production through execution of all design projects
- Set the visual standards across all client deliverables
- Cultivate the development and personal/professional growth of creative team members
- Maintain Designed.co’s visual brand across company digital assets
- Build a world-class creative team from recruitment through ongoing training
- Assist with onboarding and overseeing client communications
- Leverage the use of our home-grown project and design management system (aka “the hub”) to enhance customer experience and drive efficiency for operations and design production
